I read that this morning, what a fool. I hope she gets a fine for her 911 calls!!! I think this one should be included in the Idiot of the Week thread. She wins hands down.

Sorry to say but I know how she felt very well.
She was right and the Mcdonald's should have refunded immediately.

Here are many such women(young and old) who are ready to call 110 anytime and no men can survive without understanding their mind.
That was why I divorced, though

Here = Osaka, Japan
110 = for police
119 = for fire department and ambulance

Well Shinpachi, you're right that she had the right to complain to the manager. Calling the police though was over the top.

Agreed. Irate or not, her call could have prevented emergency help from getting to someone who's life, not lunch, depended upon an operator being available. Call the manager. Call the franchise owner. Call the friggin corporate office (most stores have the number to their corporate office posted in a visible location) and get a coupon for free friggin nuggets! But calling 911 cuz you didn't get your way? She must be a Liberal.
