Well, this is only what I heard from an Israeli student in my university when exchanging army experiences. Basically they are harder to make into soldiers and are thus very rarely put into combat. Naturally hey can't demand as much from the women when it comes to physical endurance.... but double standards seem to apply to many other things also. And this seems to piss male conscripts off.
I hear ya'. One in 20 knows what their doing, the rest are there for PC reasons.

back to the above on Israeli women-soldiers, the ones I have worked with would break your necks in 5 seconds if given the chance. some of them are babes most that I have seen looked well like......ah - killers. they have been trained by the best and are the best. I pitty the Islamic world if these women are unleashed in Iraq, Iran or Syria or anywhere else
