The $ is now 6,45 Rand for one $ so if you buy a house here for 650 000 Rand to a a house with six naughts you be paying quite cheap, but if I was from a first world country I would rather stay where I am and not have to be around these idiots and criminals.

Most of the properties coming in that range have a view of the surrounding hills or a view of one of the three rivers in our little abode.
