Thought I would propose a game of sorts, at least something to think over. This may have been done but I haven't found it.

You are shipwrecked on an island and you have some items with you. From the following items, you can take 3 of each with you on the island. What books, games etc would you take. Its kinda of like "What are your favorite things".

1) 3 Books

2) 3 Food items

3) 3 Movies

4) 3 Famous People - from any time in history

5) 3 CD / Music albums

6) 3 Toy / Sport or Hobby item

7) 3 drink /liquids

This may be alittle stupid but I was wondering where people's tastes went. Might be fun.

Njaco it might be a little hard to pick ONE book or CD, so let me propose a modification

1) 3 Books -The collected works {all books by} 3 different authors

2) 3 Food items

3) 3 Movies A DVD with: all the TV episodes from 1 season or a movie "series" - eg: Seinfeld season 1, Lord of Rings series, or Star Wars series

4) 3 Famous People - from any time in history

5) 3 CD / Music albums All albums & music from 3 different Bands or Musicians on MP3 or whatever {eg. Pick "Ozzy Ozborne" and get his solo work + music with Black Sabbath etc}

6) 3 Toy / Sport How about 3 "sports setup" eg: tennis court, bicycle, hockey rink, bowling alley, hang glider, fishing gear etc.

7) 3 drink /liquids

8.) 1 aircraft

9) 3 different cars/motorcycles/motorboat/skidoo/snowmobile/other motor craft {total of 3 only! NOT 3 of each}

10) 3 arcade/video games

Thats what I meant - I wasn't clear. 3 DIFFERENT books, etc. Thanks. And I would add the games, good idea.

Ofcourse you take three famous people for entertainment/technical/philosophical/religious knowledge.

You take some games to pass the time.

You take three liquids. One of which is vodka, Coleman's fuel, and Jergens lotion.

I wanted to see what 3 movies people would pic, 3 books, etc. I haven't really completed my list but I think one of the people would be Ben Franklin. Soundes like an interesting sort - busy conversation for hours and days.

That list is fine - however we want to go. Just wanted to see what members would list.

understand about the "alone" part ?

I think you ought to start this all over, with being on an island with only
three books. Not the collections of three authors, 3 books. What books

I put down "3 authors" and the collected music works from "3 groups". I don't think I could pick 3 books only, or 3 albums only it's hard enough picking 3 authors and 3 groups! But if you can do it Charles go ahead! And I would probably get so bored reading the same 3 books & listening to the same 3 albums that I would go crazy after a month anyways!!

Hmm, I suppose if there are 3 persons there to converse with then there will need to be ANOTHER 3 hot babes to keep the 3 gentlemen satisfied.
