| Guys, some good advice: Drink Orange Juice with pulp. It has been scientifically proven that people who drink Orange Jiuce with pulp will not suffer from senility & alzheimers as they get older. Apparently there is a certain vitamin in the meat (pulp) of an orange which prevents you from developing these illnesses. Now this doesn't apply to getting slower as you get older, this can only be prevented or offset if you exercise your brain daily when you reach those years.
