I'd heard that cigs in the US were gonna cost more, but this much more?

Probably not an error, given BOA. Paying back the tarp has been hell on those guys. Need to get it from the customers one way or another!

It looks like he wasn't the only one with this SNAFU from a VISA debit card; just under 13,000 cardholders had similar "temporary processing errors". I could think of another term for it.

I read somewhere that it was a C++ glitch in the software.
