Shot of Irish Whisky
Sink 1/3 of your pint. Fill a double shot glass with the Whisky and Irish Cream before dropping it into the Guinness and down the lot.

The drink sounds like something we called "u-boot-cik" here in Poland. Usually it is used for fuddling of girls.
