| It's not Manhattan Island either Footy. Good try though. A lot of people have looked at it and it looks like I have caught you all. | Hey Airborne look at your map and then the photo again. They don't match up. We had this identical picture posted back on 09/28 by Grampz in the personal gallery. It's actually Amata Kabua International Airport on Majuro Atoll in the Marshall Islands or so the thread determined.

| No Doug it's Wake believe it or not. Here it is taken from the same direction. Look at the square bay at the top left. Remember it is taken with a telephoto lense and secondly that the rising sea levels have wiped out a lot of the land each side of the strip. Last edited by Airborne; 11-10-2007 at 01:55 AM. |
