    San Francisco F15 flyby

A few weeks ago I spent some time in California. I visited San Fransisco for one day, not knowing that it was fleetweek and there was a nice airshow going on. We could snap these pictures of an F-15 flyby:

F-15 for Fleet week? Sure it's not an F/A-18?
“The entrance to the cockpit of this aircraft is most difficult. It should have been made impossible.” — Flight Journal magazine, April 2000, regards the XF10F-1, Grumman's first attempt at a swing wing fighter.

Oh yes, it's an F-15 alright. Quite sure of it. You can even see the air-inlets which are angled and square.
This one made more noise on his own then the 6 F/A-18's of the Blue Angles together.
