We get lots and lots (70 to 80 per day) of container trains, piggy back's (Semi trailers on special flat cars), ethanol tankers, automobile carriers and hoppers.
Cheers, our trains vary in length, heading East (from Adelaide) they can be up to 1500m long compared to 1800m heading West. Our trains heading West are also double stacked (container on top of another) in Adelaide. See here - YouTube - 5MP5 northbound at Parafield Gardens We also haul steel, piggy backs, tanks, car carriers etc. We also have trailerail trains running a few time a weeks which are semi trailers mounted on individual bogies. See here - Rail-Videos.Net » Trailerail and Various Trailerail Trailers & Bogies

One of our trains passing near to where I live YouTube - 4PM6 Intermodal through Balhannah

Aren't Australian railroads narrow gauge, 1000 mm instead for standard 1435 mm?

Some Southern Pacific...

I dont know about you guys, but streamlined steam engines just look stupid and out of place.

I like seeing the tubing, valves, rods, bolts and rivets!

lucky, we only have narrow gauge in queensland and tasmania. The rest of Aus is standard gauge.

Oh, ok....I thought that the whole Aussie system was 1000 mm, how does that work then with two track widths?

Some AT&SF.....can you hear them working?

And some more D&RGW....
