Not sold... not surprisingly given the price... it says Vampire but it looks like a Venom, see pix.

Actually the price is about right for a jet warbird like that, at least by US standards. What would be expensive is spares - you would need another airframe to support it.

Apparently the plane is half wood... almost a jet-powered Mozzie. I like the V/V, the engine sound is evocative of the first jet generation. We used to have half a dozen of them at nearby Cranfield.

We had one (sea venom) at the local classic jet fighters museum in Adelaide, a two seater I think, i got to sit in it

While I was there I just typed in Fiat G.56 and Found a neat little kit with a day left for £1 with no bids...Damn that would look awesome on my shelf...
