    Want to fly a MIG?

    (Sorry, didn't know which era of "Aviation" this ought to be posted in, so here goes
    Fly MiG in Russia - fighter jet flights in MiG 29 or MiG 31. Aerobatics and Edge of Space Flight. Military flight training at Sokol Airbase.

    Heard about it some time ago. Would be an awesome experience no doubt... to bad most of us can't afford it.

    Been around for a while. Many years ago a guy who ran a mortuary in my former home town sent his daughter there and she got a ride in a MiG-29. He did a bunch of press stuff with her saying she was the "fastest kid" alive. All BS but she did go on to graduate from the Air Force Academy. I don't think she ever held any type of official aeronautical rating.
