Ok, to add pictures to the album:
Click Wallpaper/Picture Album
Click the category you wish to add the picture to
Above the thumbnails in the top left should be an "Upload Picture" button. Click that.
Click browse to find the picture on you computer, fill in the rest of the boxes and hit submit!
