If you have an Xbox 360, There's IL2 Sturmovik just came out.

The Il-2 for the xbox isn't bad. It's a lot more detailed and realistic then Secret Weapons over Normandy. I haven't been able to get multiplayer running though.

Well as Marcel said, there is Storm of War: Battle of Britain. Though not a WW2 sim, Storm of War: Korea will follow SoW: Battle of Britain.

I've played quite a few and have to say Aces High II is the best if you like teamwork. The onboard range and squad vox without having to run ventrillo or teamspeak is a huge advantage.

There's been a number of sims that were great for teamwork, like Air Warrior, Jane's WW2F, etc...

IL-2 is good for team play, especially since the onboard comms makes it easier to communicate without having to use the third-party comms.
