Probably the best web site that I know of that has free manuals to download for the Bf-109 is the Bf-109 Lair website. Just go to technical referance area. The 109 Lair- The Online Source for Messerschmitt 109 information

Unfortunately I dont read Russian. All I can go by is what I recognize. In fact the only language I can read is English.
