Got this cd recently off e bay,not really worth the money the description was to vague, I should have known.
Only copyright seems to be the pdf editor, so posting it here.

Interesting Jerry, though Im not sure why who ever modified the document. Its basically the same as this one here but this one is unmodified with the extra's.
