Interior of wheel wells is black? Or interior green? I'm askin' that because there is wing tank so, is tank black and rest interior green or...?

Fabric areas dooped dull red/orange. Tank dull red/brown if self-sealing coated, otherwise black, or painted 'Aluminium'. Other metal areas, either Cockpit Grey-Green or 'Aluminium', probably the latter as this was classed as an external area.

Airframes, if You write a book, I will buy it!!! I presume that Wellesley's fuel tank wasn't self-sealing because they have lot of losses in East Africa, do You agree?

I'd agree on this. Selaf sealing tanks didn't go into production until late 1940 in general terms, although they were possible pre-war.
