Is that a HH-60 or MH-60 with the stubby wings and tanks? How do I tell the difference, Adler?

Great shots Adler! Thank you for sharing. I have grown to love helicopters ever since I saw a Super Stallion at the airshow at Norfolk Naval Air Station. It came in at 180 knots about 60 feet off the runway, reached center stage, flared and landed in less than 200 feet. I was in shock. My first thought was of spinal compression.

Chris can you maybe just put each Heli's name at each picture?

Great shots.

I didn't know the Swiss put anything into KFOR. Thought it was all EU countries. Was that helicopter the extent of it or was there more from them?

The Swiss and the Austrians were actually assigned to the German headquarters. They basically had detachments at the German bases. The Swiss only had 2 Super Pumas assigned to the German Helo Squadrons.

Seeing the helicopters with the German markings was unique.
Cool photos.
