You loose some altitude in the maneuver. But then again why would a Blackhawk want to fly that low upside down anyhow. It is actually an illegal maneuver. The Army does not want us doing this. The closest I have been to it was doing a 180 degree Autorotation and that was more like nose really down with the tail slightly over the top.
