    Calendar testing...

I don't know if 'Dogfight Doubles' is trademarked to Airfix...?

So I'm calling it 'Dogfight Legends' provisionally.

This is a really, really, basic layout:

I'm still selecting aircraft from 'stock' as much as possible, and I have the following possibles to pair up:

    Allies:

    Bell P-39
    Boulton-Paul Defiant
    Chance-Vought F4U
    Curtiss P-40E
    Dewoitine D.520
    Hawker Hurricane - Mk 1, Mk2B, Mk2C
    MiG-3
    North American P-51-D
    Spitfire Mk1, Mk2, Mk5, Mk6, Mk7, Mk8, Mk9, Mk14, Mk16, Mk18, Mk21
    Westland Whirlwind
    Gloster Gladiator Mk1, Mk2
Breguet Bre-19 (Thinking Spanish Civil War here)

    Axis:

    Bf-109-E3
    Bf-109-E4
    Bf-109-F2
    Fw-190-A4
    IAR-80
    Fiat G.55
    Avia B-135
    Kawasaki Ki-61
    Me-163
    Me-262
    Nakajima Ki-84
Heinkel He-51 (Thinking Spanish Civil War here)
Arado Ar-68 (Don't know what to think here)

    Anyway, pairing ideas/other ideas/suggestions welcome!

Oh, and I have the Avia B-534 Mk1, 2, 3, 4 - but have little knowledge of their combat record...

    Wow Clave, nice job!

How about a North Africa (circa '42) combo:
    MC.202 & Hurricane MkIIc

    Can't wait to see more!

The idea sounds great, looking forward to your progress on this. Excellent profiles, by the way.

Clave, you do have some skills with profiles. That Ki-61 is painted in some really vivid colors, but so many pictures I have seen of Japanese paint schemes have significant chipping and weathering. Did the JNAF and JAAF not have access to high quality paints or was it a matter of technique, I wonder?
I'm reading an Osprey book of Japanese Aces and that Hein looks great!

Looks Great! So are the time frames of the planes going to progress as the months go by? that would be cool.
