Thanks. I am hoping the calendar sales do well enough for a camera body upgrade at the end of the year.

Been in San Diego for a couple of days to take the kids to Legoland and Seaworld. Both were fun, but exhausting. Here are some quick edits from the trip.

ROFL!!! I remember being on my first (and last so far) rollercoaster ride. In Alton Towers, UK, 1998.

Nice pictures there, von Eric!

Great shots!
I always like seeing pictures from my hometown, it's amazing how much it's grown up.

I remember my first roller coaster ride with my dad as well, on the Revolution at Magic Mountian. I think I had the same look on my face!

Next time in San Diego, try the "Flight Path Lounge." Right on India street in little Italy, there is a bar with a court yard that is right under the flightpath. You almost feel like ducking when a 737 roars over... VERY COOL...

the crowd was a little funky though.

The numbers on your website are especially impressive because of your Domain Name. "V-G photo" is not a search term someone would type in unless they were looking specifically for you. Dashes are deadly in URLs! imagine if you had a Domain name like, WarbirdPhotos.com or AviationPics.com!

of coarse there are of other factors that influence search engines but "V-G photo" is not search engine friendly..

Congratulations! A testimony to your good work.

I realized the dash might be a problem after I registered the domain name, but it seems to be okay now. And for the record, its VG-photo.

The lounge would have been out on this trip as we had the kids. It would have been really cool to visit the Midway, which I could see from the hotel. Oh well, maybe next trip.

Sorry... see how dashes screw people up! It would be more of an issue if you were relying on PPC advertising.

The Midway is awesome. The have a SBD Dauntless and an Avenger.

I'm trying to move to San Diego......

Thanks gents. The last 2 years of this have been a real blast, and it's only getting better. I got called today to do another air-to-air on August 25. I will let you guys wait and see the subject matter. It's uber cool for me! It will also be another article for the Atlantic Flyer.
