    As usual, fantastic.
Fr President Clemenceau’s speech to the AIF 7th July 1918: “ we expected a great deal of (Australians)… We knew that you would fight a real fight, but we did not know that from the beginning you would astonish the whole continent. I shall go back and say to my countrymen “I have seen the Australians, I have looked in their faces …I know that they will fight alongside of us again until the cause for which we are all fighting is safe for us and for our children”.

It's an aerial - upgraded CJs had those large top-and-bottom ones, not sure what they are for though...

I was unable to find what those aerials are. But I did find that the Nesher had similar aerials/antennas.

That profile remembered me that we had the CJs in service until 1999, shameful but true, great work Clave.

Look like VHF Antennas. Directional above and below and subject to fuselage shadowing.

The RAAF was always very pleased with their Mirage IIIs except for the political strings attached to them. Mirages of the RAAF never served in Vietnam because of French threats of of an embargo on spares.

I think it fair to say, Australia will never again buy a European fighter because of that experience
Fr President Clemenceau’s speech to the AIF 7th July 1918: “ we expected a great deal of (Australians)… We knew that you would fight a real fight, but we did not know that from the beginning you would astonish the whole continent. I never understood why Australia bought a short-range jet fighter.
