Country: | I am still amazed at the devastation. Is that first picture from the dock that you were talking about the other night? I see the "sander" line that you were talking about. Amazing. What a hell of a mess.

Country: | The nightmares are starting all over again... This really sucks... I had 2 hours of sleep and then had to sit in 93 degree sunshine terminating fiber optic cable... I decided to take the next 2 days off and recoup....

Country: | Les take some anxiety medicine and although short term it will give you a little rest. Meg and Ryan having the same problem ? Friend this is quite normal...
Lexopam, small tiny white pill. take a 1/2 of ojne and it will knock you out. must be careful as it can get addicting. If the problem persists then Ambien but it is spendy. both of course you need a docs recommendation |

Country: | Get some rest and find something to do that will help take your mind off of it. I know there is plenty to do, but you need to get some downtime as well. You have been running full tilt for over a week.
