I had friends visit from out of town over the weekend and wanted to get together. Since they were staying in Century City and we live in Moorpark, we decided to meet up at the Getty Center. By buddy has been a painter for many years and loves the impressionists. Of course, I'm a shutterbug. There is something for anyone with an artful eye there. Here is a small collection of photos from one of four buildings at the Getty Center.

It really is a neat place. Art in all kinds of form there, and the best part is you only have to pay for parking. I wouldn't consider myself an art aficionado, and some things I don't think are "art", but there is something for everyone there and they have an amazing collection.
