Gnomey i can see the clip with windows media player (9.0) and win-dvd.
maybe you need some CODECS.

go see at this page and download the GSPOT program to find if you have
all CODECS . It is a good program to check that.

I tried in Windows Media Player and it didn't work, I can play other .avi files just not this one. I think the reason is because Win Media can't find a server with the codec on it, I know which it is so, I will wait and find it on the web.
