The crew of the Mi-17 helicopter, commanded by CAPT Piotr Młodawski trains together with the soldiers of the 6th Air-Assault Brigade and the 12th Mechanized Brigade, who are going to the mission region in a month time.

Country: | Since 13th March ’08, Polish soldiers have been preparing to the EU-sanctioned mission in Chad.
Soldiers train, among others, firing and protection of humanitarian convoys. During the Media Day, on 18th March, journalists will have the opportunity to see training troops for battling IEDs, and mortar attacks on a camp. Military equipment used by soldiers during the mission will be presented as well during the Media Day.
