Text of the commentary:
In 1956, the first Soviet helicopters, Mi-4, has landed on our airfields. It has happened so because of the unification of the armamnet of the Warsaw Pact. Heavy and battle helicopters were built exclusively by the Soviet Union. So, Soviet and Polish machines begun to fill our airfields. Designing of Czechoslovak helicopters have been completely abandoned.

In September 1957, a test pilot of the Výzkumný a zkušební letecký ústav (VZLÚ - Aeronautical Research and Test Institute - http://vzlu.nethost.cz/services.php?id=1&lng=en) has landed with a modified prototype HC-2 on the roof of Bílá labuť (White Swan - a famous Czech shop house).
