Winter pic's

As its that funny season...(3cm's of snow and the trains dont run, the buses dont run....and I dont run !) before summer, there's a load of opportunities out there to take wintery type piccies. The snow / frost makes things really stand out !.

Lets have your snowy / frosty / icy pics...theres some brilliant ones allready in other threads.

Heres a few spiderwebs to get the ball rolling

Nice ones with the spider webs, Gary. It doesn't get cold enough here in southern California for that. But I did take a trip to the Sierras in January and got a few. Every now and again it's nice to have a reminder of why I moved away from places that get that kind of weather.

Great idea, Geedee!

Everyone has posted some excellent photos, I really like the spider webs!

I'll post some I've taken recently, starting with morning ice on my BMW's roof, frost on some ground cover (same morning), a January sunset and the crescent moon from the 31st.

Gee Dee, I feel guilty.

Thats not an actual pic. I messed with it. I thought a nice warbird scene would...well..... If you want me to remove it I will.

Mate, I was looking at the three alien life-forms standing in front of the 190...Mummy alien, daddy alien and baby alien. Dad's saying "garglksdgfkuj jhOIN OJF[O[i...translated roughly something on the lines of " You'd never get me up in one of those !"

Thats a tree-mendous pic !

Good stuff. Chris you have done a nice editing job with the 190

Haven't really got any pictures with snow because I haven't had my camera out when its been snowing and it has been snowing pretty consistently this last week.

I've got to say that Aarons bridge shot and Erics second shot (with the fence curving around) would make stunning wallpapers !

That BMW frost pattern....you should contact BMW and get them to offer it as an 'extra' paint finish. very cool custom !

Any more from you forumites out there ?
