McCain for me. I'm not the most enthusiastic about him, but I'm happy to see how well he's doing on here.

Oh, I did not realise that foreigners could vote in the US. I believe that the GOP made a brilliant choice with Palin. We may be seeing a budding M. Thatcher.

listening/watching the show in the twin cities casual observations
no or very few visible minorities
no one under the age of 60
the standard promise to rid the gov't of gridlock and partisanship although Mccain would be the one if able

He's a teleprompter type guy. He gives great prepared speeches but is not the brightest light when it comes from un-prepared questions. Did you see the Saddleback presentation? The difference between him and McCain was amazing. Little wonder he does not want to do townhall meetings with McCain.

He'll do fine at the debates where you can bet the questioners will set him up for his best lines.

I'm interested to see how all the folks who cite experiance as one of the qualities needed now have this hottie will very little experiance just "a heartbeat away from the Presidency "
At least Palin had done something; she dismantled a corupt Republican party in Alaska, activated and commanded National Guard for emergencies, and negotiated major concessions from Big Oil companies for Alaska, getting Democrats help for several activities. This was all done in just two years. Obama has done nothing, he voted something like 170 time that he was "present" in the state govenment, indicating that he has no courage to make a decision, claims he did a lot by just voting for a measure, and has voted 100% Democratic liberal positions without one effort to reach across to unite with Republican on anything. This is not a guy who will unite anything.

Now, let me ask you a question. Would you perfer the least experienced pilot you your aircraft to be the aircraft commander? Or, would you perfer the most experienced pilot to be the aircraft commander and the least experienced pilot as co-pilot? As far as I am concerned, the Democrats have it backwards, wouldn't you agree?

screw MC I'll vote for S. Palin. Obamination will sell out America in a heartbeat if the price is high enough, and Biden will just sit there with a pickle up his butt

You sure got that right DP! But there is the result of your goofy primary system which is very parisan and very often has the party nominating a weak or unelectable candidate.

Luckily for you guys on the right, it usually results in the Dem's nominating a far left candidate who gets shot down in flames in November. {Mondale, Dukakis, Kerry}
