Country: | Read Sniper One, it's taught me more about the situation in Iraq than anything else. The Royal Regiment knew of the lead OMS building - but were disallowed to assault because they were there on a reconstruction mission... it was all done with hands tied.

Country: | Very good Creep. And that is one of the reasons why we are in Iraq.

A YEMENI court has granted a divorce to an eight-year-old girl whose unemployed father forced her into an arranged marriage.
"I am happy that I am divorced now. I will be able to go back to school,'' Nojud Mohammed Ali said, after a public hearing in Sanaa's court of first instance.
Her former husband, 28-year-old Faez Ali Thameur, said he married the child "with her consent and that of her parents'' but that he did not object to her divorce petition.
In response to a question from Judge Mohammed al-Qadhi, he acknowledged that the "marriage was CONSUMMATED, but I did not beat her".
Yemen, one of the world's poorest countries, has no law governing the minimum age of marriage.
Nojud was a second grader in primary school when the marriage took place two and a half months ago.
"They asked me to sign the marriage contract and remain in my father's house until I was 18. http://www.news.com.au/dailytelegrap...006003,00.html

Country: | If you hate Islam and Muslims so much, why did you support Kosovo's independence? Europe now has TWO 100% MUSLIM states that hate all others around them. |

Country: | Freebird, one reason why I try to stay away from the term 'Lib'. I fully understand.
What I think keeps getting lost is that its not racist or anything like that. Here is my complaint.
For all its talk about it being a good religion, Musilm is the only faith that damns you if you don't believe. You are filth, lower than dirt and all that implies. Is that not a racist position? Most religions that I know accept other faiths, if not to try to expand the ranks at least to do a good deed in the eyes of their god(s). I have yet to see that among the Muslim faith.
And if that weren't enough, when radical factions start jihad on the rest of the world, the so-called "good" muslims sit and do nothing.
And the Muslim faith isn't without its own handicaps. Why is there a difference between Sunni and Shiite? Because they argue over who their prophet is.
They have no compassion, they have no tolerance and they have no clue.
But nobody has successfully figured out how to attack and convert a faith. That is the battle we face.

Why?
Because you saying they hate all there neighbours is hypocritical bull. Serbia hates them as much as Kosovo and Albania hate them.
It is a two way street Milos, when are you people going to realize that? Until your region does realize that it will continue to remain one of the most volotile places on earth and you all will never see peace.
It takes both sides Milos, so stop pushing the blame on the other side. You both equally share it!

Country: | Ok, if you say so. What about FYR Macedonia? Why don't you help them get officially recognized and tell the Greeks to lay off.

So the Americans are on notice now, the "Canadian" river in Oklahoma will need a new name, and Vancouver Wash, and Ontario Calif,
And Putin is gettin pissed, you better re-name Moscow Idaho before the Russian Bear gets mad.....

The situation of the Greeks however has nothing to do with what we are talking about.
You are just fishing here and trying to skirt around the facts. You try to take the attention away from your nation and push it onto your neighbors.
Are Kosovo, Albania and all other ones guilty? Ofcourse they are but Serbia is just as guilty as well.
This hate that you all feel does not spring up overnight. It is hundreds if not thousands of years in the making and all sides are part of the problem.
Seriously Milos, once all of you stop pointing fingers at each other and start realizing you all are a part of the problem you can start to reconcile. It is like an old School Yard arguement.
Serbia: "Your a poopie head!"
Kosovo: "Im telling my Daddy!"
Serbia: "Oh yeah my Daddy can beat up your Daddy!"
Kosovo: "Your a dork!"
Serbia: "Oh yeah well I'm rubber and your glue, whatever you say bounces off of me and sticks to you!"
Seriously get over it and do something about your regions problems instead of trying to wage war against each other. You are all part of the problem, and you all have to give a little and take a little!

Country: | Ok Ok... I didn't mean it seriously, I was just trying to see your opinion about this whole situation. Personally, if I were the president of Serbia, I would start the talks about cooperation between Serbia and Kosovo. For instance, I would try to make a deal: we will give them food and all other things they would require for their everyday existence in exchange for them to make sure that Serbs and all other non-Albanians live there safely and with equal rights.
Peace through cooperation, stability through cooperation and understanding.
Although, in this region you would have to FORCE someone to think that way. |

Country: | That would be a great start.
I dont think it will be that easy though because the hatred is very deeply rooted.
