Country:  | Well Australia day was a great and proud day this year! To be honest I havent seen such wide spread use of the flag before! I would say that at least three quaters of the houses on my street had one in the window, or flying from the porch. Went to a BBQ at a mates house and we ran a flag up the folded clothes line, an hour later the neighbours on either side had followed suit.
PC is BS and is the language of the weak for the most part. Glad to see others have a similar way of thinking | |

Its a flag, supposed to be a respected symbol, not something to be used by drunken bogans to threaten people.
I have been threatened because i wear Italy pins celebrating the world cup win.
Plus i hate the Union Jack part lol

And quiet frankly I couldn't give a fllying toss if you wore the National Flag of Italy as part of your ****ing jock straps. Due to Italy winning the World Cup in January. If the only input from you is that it wasn't worth the time or the effort to make your comment. The Flag stays get use to it. And as for the Union Jack Part of the Australian Flag and part of that Union Jack symbolises my heritage from Scotland as many other Australians have similar back ground either being Irish English or Welsh and that our Own Australian History is that of a former British Colony given independance from England in 1901. You just make the ignorant statement to change the Farken Flag because you also hate the Union Jack. The uk part of the flag represents only SOME parts of Aussie society now.
And not the aboriginal people.
All the other races who have made Australia need a flag they can relate to.
Canada changed their flag remember, and it cant be mistaken as some part of the UK's flag.
As for Italy winning the world cup, it was last July.
And i wore my pins, on my chest proudly.
The flag will be changed eventually.
