Australian Troops Afghanistan News Footage

This at the moment is on Television Stations in Australia. Shows Australian Troops fighting Taliban in Afganistan. Aspects of Politics are referred to in this video courtesy from Australian Broadcasting Comission ABC Networks. What is occuring is that Australian Troops in the last 2 weeks when this footage was shot in Afghanistan by an Australian Soldier and released to the Media by the Australian Defence Force (ADF). The Dutch NATO Forces are considering withdrawing its Troops from Afghanistan. Senator Brendan Nelson Australian Minister of Defence has been holding talks with NATO to ensure that Australian Troops can maintain a pressence in Afghanistan and have support in that country whilst maintaining Military Forces and battling the Taliban in Afghanistan. Australia needs Military Partners and co-operation with other Allied Military in Afghanistan. Without that support the Australian Government would have to consider removing our own Troops from Afghanistan

In Australia we seldom see such news footage and its rare that this has been released to the public. To the best of my knowledge. Australian Department of Defence does not allow inbedded journalists to accompany Frontline Soldiers in action. I would appreciate if I can receive some comment on these videos. To ensure that they can be viewed and it hasn't expired

Emac I saw this on the box the other day. I believe they are Engineers 'First In, Last Out'. The reaction to the contact was perfect under the circumstances. Supressing fire while they tried to flank.
I believe the vid was taken by an imbeded Army Photographer, who was filming our reconstruction efforts.

Well done fellas.
