Then build a big wall around the place {to keep out the violent gun-toting rednecks of course!} The Marine building could be converted to a truly useful pupose, as a hotel for all the Guantanamo inmates. {they shouln't be in jail, as they're all innocent anyways - right?} 
So we could drop off Abu-Killer & friends at the new Berkeley "Hotel Jihad" along with all of their personal possesions {guns, knives, bombs etc}, then seal up the wall.

Another question I have. If Code Pink involves itself in protesting about Civil Rights and Liberties under the US Constitution. Who is the actual organisation who ensures Code Pink has the right to protest for Civil Right and Civil Liberties? And how did these Civil Rights and Civil Liberties come about in the first place in the US Constitution? It couldn't be possible that it is the US Governments Miltary Marines Navy Air Force and Army who ensure that every US Citizen including members of Code Pink have the right to protest by protecting the US? Far be it from me to even mention such possiblity. Does this make me a Neo Fascist according to Code Pink because I think logically. Besides according to Code Pink I am not a US Citizen. So logically I have no idea about Freedom of Speach according again to Code Pink
