pb if only that was enough........... McCain has been riding the fence on both sides for over a year. think these mumbo-jumbo politicians are just padding their pocket books with a great amount of monies and leaving it open with their comments for the highest bidder(s) to direct the call

It's a shame that McCain is riding upon his military background. While I have the utmost respect for his service, Erich is right that McCain is playing the arrongant bast@rd role in his committee chairmanship and putting forth a holier than thou attitude in his decisions. Things like the next generation tanker, F-22, and F-35 are no longer a laughing matter Mr. McCain. How much longer can he hold up terribly important programs at the expense of our military capability for his political motivations. The Boeing scandal with Druyer is over. Move on. We're tied of it McCain.

Playing the fence is all about cooing the more moderate voter, which is generally the key to winning elections. It's not going to change.
