Year Gross=total Company cost

TFR = is a mandatory accrual made by the employer, the amount will be released to the employee at the end of the work relationship.
It is basically a mandatory end-contract payoff, has nothing to do with a possible severance package that will be agreed on top of it.

INPS = Government withdrawal for healthcare system and pension plan.

Tax = income taxes

So total taxation ranges from 33% to 52%
