we had a young cop in nsw walk in to his b/inlaws place and empty 6 shots into his b/inlaw for molesting his nieces.court verdict not, guilty due to insanity. public verdict,smart move should be done more often and no shortage of applicants to pull the trigger.

I believe they should be killed-most not painlessly
I think that's why alot of people don't think the death penalty is justice in my opinion killing them via ie stoning or whipped is justice
My thoughts go out to the young kids who have to live with this for the rest of their lives
How many of them believe they can't live normal lives and take their own life?how will their parents feel after this?

furthermore if that was in place i think some sex offenders/scum wouldn't do it because they would be scared of dying the way they would die under my rules

If they don't kill the pedophiles, there should be some kind of Gitmo island for all these criminals, where the whole world can send them to live under guard.

There has been a shocking case here recently about an 11 year old girl being raped by her 19 year old uncle who also killed her mom.The girl remained pregnant.The dilemma was if the girl should have the baby or not.The problem was that the law was not allowing for an abortion.In the end the girl went to London where she had the abortion.The bastard that raped her was recently apprehended by the police.I have no information yet regarding how many years of prison awaits him.

The problem is that in the USA it costs more to push the case through to the death penalty stage than to just give him life.

The problem with that theory is, how do you prevent false accusations of Child Abuse? How many of you guys are married? How many have been divorced or know someone who has been divorced? When the divorce lawyer tells the woman that she will only get joint custody and no alimony UNLESS THERE IS AN ACCUSATION OF ABUSE! How many women might think the easiest way to win is to cry child abuse?

Maybe it's partly the gays. The modern justice system doesn't like to mention the fact that many Gays like underage males, because then the Gays would call them bigots, even though it's true.
