Politicians in Palm Beach are fining Donald Trump for flying an American flag. The flag is huge (bigger than the White House's) which apparently is a problem with the politicians. NO, nobody has complained infact people have stopped to take pictures of it, but regardless the politicians want it down.
Trump has received thousands of letters from across the nation from people encouraging Trump to keep up the fight and to keep the flag waving. Men are dieing to give all of us the right to wave an American flag and these bureaucrats are telling Trump to tare it down even fining him for not doing so.
Who the heck are they to tell anybody that they can't wave a flag? Even if it's ginormously huge, those people have that right. They have that right because of the men fighting in Iraq so they don't have to do it here. They have all of there rights, not by thanks to those politicians, but by the Men and women fighting across the world earning theirs. Fighting and Dieing! And they want to take down the very reason these soldiers fighting for in the first place?
Those politicians didn't earn their rights. They've been given them and they can be taken away. These soldiers fighting so that Trump can wave his flag and so these politicians can fine in for waving his flag (which I highly doubt is a right of theirs in this country.) can do so without being killing along with their entire families. I'm not a big fan of Donald Trump and I'm not sure how these politicians got their jobs, but at least Trump earned his place.
I now have much larger respect for Trump now. God bless him.
Those idiots need to be fired and Trump needs a medal.

Country: | I see we had our Big Day Out furore on the Aussie Flag etc now you have similar things in the US. I can understand about the height of flag pole etc. but i agree politicans have no justifications in complaining about the Stars and Stripes flying from said flag pole | |

Country: | I know I might of mentioned this before but when I lived in Montreal I lived in a rented penthouse (Thanks Lockheed). I put up 3 flagpoles and had a Canadian, Quebec and US flag flying, all three the same. The Management of the building said they had complaints about the flags but weren't specific. So I took them down and put up one large Skull and Crossbones on a single large flagpole. After 2 or 3 days the apartment management said I should put the original 3 flags back!!!
