Executive Order

I caught part of the news this morning, where President Bush has signed or
is about to sign an Executive Order which will exempt the US Navy from all
environmental concerns, with regard to the use of SONAR. If this is true,
this will deal a great defeat to the "save the whale" bunch.

Has anyone heard any more on this ?

I heard this was gonna happen but didnt really believe it... Dont know about the ramifications to the whales in detail, but it is more harmful with the frequencies they are gonna start using/re-using...
