| Regarding the pics in the first post of this thread, they are not new, they are from a 2006 protest against the Danish cartoons. Three of the men were convicted, 2 for incitement to murder, one for inciting racial hatred. 2 got 4 years each, the third 30 months.
At least one other man was charged, although the charges against him were later dropped. He is currently on trial accused of fundraising for terrorist groups. Quote: |

Most of the UK's Muslims are Pakistani. The following article shows why demographic fears are overstated: Quote:

Country: | Freebird,it's an interesting idea, but can you really call a country " free "when the government is basing it's citezenship requirements on everyone having the same mindset? It's a short step from setting up requiremnts like that for immigrants to applying the same standards to native born citizens.
Granted there should be tougher standards for citezenship but "Thought Police " is a very slippery slope and as history has demonstrated many times is usually a fast track to destruction.

And because the number of known immigrants is now in the region of 600,000 a year (not all Islamic), how long before the percentage generated by Pakistani's 4 or 5 percent? If they can't live in harmony with people of different beliefs then they have no business living in a western country.
I have no problem with some normal Muslims, it's the intolerant ones that want to convert us at the point of a sword that need to be sent packing.
There are alot of things that I find offensive, but I don't believe that the people who do things that I don't like should be killed.
