A Message From Senator King

Hey Gents:

Senator King of Iowa was speaking on a conservative radio show. He says this about the Immigration crap being discussed in Congress:

He says if you can, write a very spirited letter to your congressman, and if possible meet with them, one on one. He says people like McCain, and a few others are deadset for this amnesty deal. However, he says write a strong letter to your congressman if they are on the fence. He says it is likely you can push them over to your side.

...and then what? Hope for a bill that kicks them all out of the country? Don't hold your breath. If this bill is unacceptable, what is the end game Harvard. I wish they were all gone and we had a minefield between us and Mexico. Now back to reality. Where are we headed if this bill is so lacking?

Actually the states are cracking down, and yes if this bill is blocked, I know my state, Arizona will deal w/ illegals quite harshly. We put them in jail, and then send them home.

You hold them in jail only long enough to send them back into the queue. This new bill would actually fund prisons for legitimate sentences.

If only it would truly be funded...

Not gonna happen. I'm too pessimistic about much anything coming out of our politicians nowadays.
