Our President seems hell bent on implementing this.

In theory, it looks like a good idea. The problem is who gives up what powers for the union. And how do we handle the corruption issue in Mexico?

I dont see it happening anytime soon. I can agree that there are those in power would like to see it happen. I just dont think the American People will allow it to happen atleast not now.

It'll never happen maybe a common currency like the Euro but I don't think most Canadians would like the greenback and I'm sure the US will never adopt anything but the US couldn't even change for metric . The biggest reason it won't occur at least with Canada is the total lack of social programs in the US we won't give them up and the US wouldn't adopt them

I hope it doesn't happen for the following reasons:

First, a bigger gov't means less freedom. An absolute gov't especially one eventually leading to a one-world gov't opens the door to world tyranny through a one-world dictator. We all ready have an out of control senate. Imagine one that ran 3 countries! Probably three times worse.

Next, were talking about dissolving the US into the NAU which could equate to the leaders dissolving the constitution. It would also mean our country's sovereignty will be handed over to Canada and Mexico.

In retrospect, our country separated from England for a good reason. This NAU will mean that an even more powerful gov't will run your life once again; just like England did.

Lastly, I've heard it through the grapevine that governmental leaders come up with this stuff behind closed doors, and they have exceedingly dark schemes behind this whole affair.

They are as follows: Once a "New world order" has been established, go door to door and collect all guns.

Next, establish a "New World Order Military" which dissolves the US Military into a UN like force.

Lastly, render the people powerless, and start a socialist world state which cannot be defeated.
