| I see Iran as the next problem - an unstable cleric with strong hatred for anyone he can't put to death with a word, in charge of nuclear weapons - I can't think of a more dangerous situation.
Then we will be back in Iraq because they are not ready for a democratic society and within 2 years of our pull out a cleric will take over resulting in civil wars which will destabilize the area - something the west, Europeans and the US, cannot tolerate.
10 or 15 years from now it will be China. They are quietly ramping up their military and modernizing it even though no threat exists. Secondly they are, as always, overpopulated and resource limited, traditional reasons for war. Further Siberia with abundant resources, land and a broken owner is just over an indivisable line.
