Even if they get the missile stable they have no nuke warhead. Without it it's just a roman candle by comparison. Once they finally develop a nuke they then have to design and reduce the size so that it can fit in the warhead. This ain't gonna happen tomorrow or the day after.

Well I think that North Korea is either bluffing by saying that they have a nuke or they really have one and are thus now testing missiles that can carry the nuke warhead. Well how to stop something like this from happening? Get a crazy person to kill the leader and make it look like he were crazy and did not know what he were doing just like what happend to Dr Hendrik Verwoerd in South Africa's Parlament while they were in session.

So get a crazy guy to do the dirty work for you and make sure he would not be able to say who gave him the "tip" to kill the guy you want killed.
