The lawsuit is real, but who knows where it will go. This is the most in depth discussion of the whole story I've found, such as it is. If you ignore the trolls lurking there, it's an interesting discussion.
The suit was filed in August 2007, but it takes time to wind down through Federal courts.

It is interesting that all you have to do to quash is provide the certified Birth Record. That would be the most effective way of solving it. DNC steps in to silence lawsuit over Obama birth certificate
An interesting question - if Obama can not prove citizenship and the courts uphold the lawsuit, what happens to Obama on returning 425 Million in donations - most already spent? | |
