i think is pacifist, not insulting, just a heavy humor. in all the wars childrens and civilians allways die isnt ? its not insulting, its for think about some stuffs.

That means that the soldiers have that policy as well. I find it insulting because I was one of his soldiers in Iraq, and that was not our policy.
Do innocents die in war? Unfortunatly yes. They have since the beginning of armed conflict. It is an unfortunate fact.
However to throw Bush and the soldiers into the same pot as Hitler and Stalin, among other (which this cartoon is doing so by saying he kills children) is insulting.
Another fact: The world buys into this **** and it is ignorant and arrogant for people to believe it.
