Putin Zings U.S. Back After Criticism

What do you think? Putin has some pretty harsh words towards the USA.

Here is a quote from Putin about USA:

"Where is all this pathos about protecting human rights and democracy when it comes to the need to pursue their own interests?" said Putin.

"We are aware what is going on in the world. Comrade wolf knows whom to eat, it eats without listening, and it's clearly not going to listen to anyone," he said — using the common fairy-tale wolf character to criticize the aggressive U.S. course in global affairs.

The US and Russia have been batteling like two grumpy old men. I think eventually the BS will stop, especially after Bush is out of office...

Agreed, Flyboy and Hunter:

I find it interesting that the US likes to try to help everybody else by altering world affairs, but can’t even get a handle over it’s own problems. For example the following problems:

A country run by lawyers, and big business

Over regulation

Government spying

Problems w/ border control.

One day China may be a more free nation than the U.S., but our own US gov’t will still say the US always right, and China is somehow wrong.

but can’t even get a handle over it’s own problems.

The billions of dollars spent just in Iraq in the last 14 months could have almost eliminated the homeless problems in the US...
