The US provides almost a quarter of the UNs regular budget. I would love to see the US leave and take our money with us.

I think it is only a matter of time till the UN desolves anyhow. There are too many scandles running around in the UN and eventually it will fall.

UN is the world's largest Supper Club. Not sure they do anything during the day, but their nights are booked solid!

have to agree UN seems like an afternoon tea party at the mad hatters place. no one takes it seriously, just like no one took league of nations seriously prior to WW2. quiet frankly passed caring what the UN thinks and says these days paper tiger no teeth. they could not organize a screw in a brothel with a fistful of hundred dollar bills

Personally, I don't see the UN going anywhere. While I would like the see them booted out of NY, they currently offer the western world a convenient excuse of "helping" those less fortunate. UN provides more political posturing than actual accomplishments. Pathetic waste of money.
