But now I must ask you, what is his foreign policy? | Perhaps afraid is not the right word. Concerned. You are not concerned with the man who runs the world's largest economy? Poor decisions no longer result in isolationist repercussions. For the same reason that I am "concerned" with Vlad Putin and Hu Jintao, I am also concerned with US president with no history of decision making nor policy stance in alignment with my thinking. Negotiate with world terrorists and dictators to "better understand their motives"? Increase taxes to stimulate the US (and thus world economy)? Wealth distribution plans at the expense of those who pay taxes? So yeah, I would be concerned if I was you. I'm afraid.

Country: | And I suppose that Hilary Clinton had a history of a decision making? Personally, I hate that bitch because of her husband.
About the economy issue, it is pretty unstable both here in Europe and in the US. How is going to be solved and fixed I don't know. All I know is that EU is not very happy with the current situation, with all the strikes and soaring prices, but I'm changing the topic now. |

. | Heeheehe... No Milos, Hilary has no relevant experience either. While I do not care for McCain and his moderate stances, he DOES have experience, is a leader and (like it or not) is a man of his character. What he says, he does. That is refreshing for a politician for a change.

Country: | Slightly deviating, there was a BBC report on the election a week or so ago. They interviewed someone from a Northern state who declared he would 'never vote for a black man'. Serious question, are there honestly many people who think this way in 2008?

Country: | Unfortunately and dissgusting so, Negative. I get sick just thinking about it but there are people who will vote someone based on the color of their skin or sex.
They should be ashamed.

Country: | The utter arrogance of Obama...
__________________________________
Succumbing to an avalanche of criticism, Sen. Barack Obama's campaign has apparently decided to back away from its trial balloon of a new presidential seal.
Newsmax’s lead story Monday morning reported on Obama’s new version of the presidential seal, but a campaign spokesman now says it won’t be used again.
“That was a one-time thing for a one-time event,” Robert Gibbs asserted to CNN about the rather intricately designed seal that made its debut last Friday.
The new seal was unveiled on Obama's podium when he spoke to a group of Democratic governors.
The Obama seal did include the American bald eagle clutching arrows and an olive branch, but the resemblance ended there.
The Latin phrase "E Pluribus Unum," which translates to "Out of many, one," was replaced with "Vero Possumus," which translates to "Truly, we are able" — a rough translation of the Obama campaign slogan "Yes we can."
As Newsmax reported, the deletion of "E Pluribus Unum," long considered the de-facto motto of the United States, is not accidental for multiculturalists, who have long denigrated the concept that immigrants must strip away their old culture in favor of the "oneness" of American civilization.
In the 1990s, such activists promoted the alternative concept of the nation's ethnic "mosaic," rather than a single, overarching metaphor to describe American society. For example, Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan has pointedly criticized the "E Pluribus Unum" motto as not reflecting the nation's diversity.
And CNN reported that Obama was not simply facing critics from the right, but also from some left-wing supporters who did not like his new and improved seal.
“Many wondered whether a seal — with Latin phrasing no less — was the best idea for a candidate fighting for the working-class vote and trying to fend off allegations of elitism,” CNN reported.

Country: | This is the perfect reason why some one should be afraid, especially of the Democratic party. One the one hand they cry for everyone to be treated as equals - we're all 'one' - and then cry because one's race or nationallity is not recognized - we're all 'different'. They can't make up their friggin mind and are gonna take the US down with them. Quote: |

| If you don't like this country, go to the country you claim as yours! This country was founded on the concept of diverse nations, religions and races. That is THIS country! If you don't like it, go to Africa, Mexico, China, India or whereever it is you want to be proud of.
God (yes I said it!) forbid Olabama gets in!

| I have to agree with you there. I have said the same thing for quite some time now.

Country: | It just baffles me.
I am a citizen of Bumfoozle. Bumfoozle is a very hard place to live, nothing but skateboards for transportation, only Ramen noodles to eat, no money, the Toilet Cleaning factory has closed and because I'm right-handed, the ruling Left-Hand party has reduced us to second citizens.
So I move from Bumfoozle to USA.
Now with so many freedoms I demand to practice and impose Bumfoozle customs on my new home. And you better let me! And freaking idiots in this new country USofA, will actually help me do it!
friggin' retards!!
I know I'm probably coming close to being banned with these comments but where is rational thinking and patriotic pride? Oh, wait, Mrs. Olabama just now became proud of America, so everything is all right.

Country: | Can someone tell me how that political ad at the top of this page got there? I presume since I am not going to click on it that it is going to tell me that McCain finished fifth from the bottom of his class at the NA. Well, I have news for the people running that ad. Some of the best leaders and most successful people I know did not graduate anywhere near the top of their class in college and for that matter many never even went to college. Just because Obabma may have made good grades at Harvard doesn't mean JS to me. Many of the people in our news media have Ivy League educations and look at the judgment they have. The kind of good judgment that Obama learned making good grades at Harvard is the kind of judgment he showed by spending 20 years at a church listening to the racist and marxist views of a minister such as Wright. If one believes that Obama's views are much different from his minister's, I have some lovely beach front property with an ocean view I would like to sell you here in Colorado. Who would you rather share a cell with in the Hanoi Hilton, Obama or McCain? Who would back you all the way? |
