| My son spent some time in the States a few years ago. When he got back and was telling us his stories he told us that he walked across Central Park after midnight. Apparently somone who working in the park saw him and gave him a lift in his van, pointing out all the 'areas' as they went through them.
Mum and I nearly killed him when we heard. | |

They'll do something about it when all the people eventually move away and the city is left with no tax base.
