USA reactivates the 4° fleet

They have been working on it for quite some time, since the 80s actually. They have bought several decomissioned carriers from Russia and Australia.

They will get one eventually, but do they know how to use it properly is the question.

Would take them some time don't you think Adler....I mean, they're what can it be...90+ years behind the US and UK in naval aviation...you don't catch that up in a blink of an eye....

Few if ANY things can replace years of experience...."know how" and all that!

Getting a Carrier will not necessarily take that much time. They have several ship designs including blue prints and plans that they have bought from the Russians. They also have several hulls that they bought from the Russians and Australians.

So in the end they have the no how to build a Carrier, what they lack in my opinion is the "know how" to effectively use a Carrier.
